Where can I find an order I placed, my wallet and and the invoice?
How do I place an order?
Browse through our curated selections which include some of the best brands for over 30 outdoor sports and add the gear you like to your cart. If you are not a registered user, you will be asked to verify your email address and/or your number through an OTP process.
Now check-out through one of the many payment options and hang-tight – your order will be with you shortly.
Where can I find wallet?
On the app - Profile section (on bottom right tab), >> click the hamburger menu on the top right, Click the Wallet Tab and you can check your balance
On the website - Click on your User name on the top right – you will enter a My Account Section. Click Store refunds and credit Tab on the left to see your wallet
Please note – currently the wallet can only be filled using credits given by OutdoorGoats directly in the wallet – there is no way to add money to your wallet through coupons or any other payment mode at the current moment
I used the money in my wallet for a transaction and later cancelled it but my money is not come back yet?

Where can I find product that I have Wishlisted?
On the app Profile section (on bottom right tab), >> click the hamburger menu on the top right, Click the Wishlist tab to find your products.

Are my addresses stored with OutdoorGoats?
Yes - You can edit and delete these addresses at any time through your profile section on the app or website. Be assured your data is safe and is only used for delivery and is strictly collected in confidentiality and not sold to any third party.
Are my card details stored with OutdoorGoats?
We do not store any card or payment related details on our app or website.
What is our shipping and delivery process?
1. Once you have completed placing your order on our Platform, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered email and phone number.
2. The order confirmation will contain the order number, estimated date of delivery and payment details.
3. Once your order is confirmed by us, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they meet OutdoorGoats’s product quality standards.
4. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed, adhering to OutdoorGoats’s packaging standards and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
5. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping – OutdoorGoats does not currently ship outside India.
What is the range of locations to which OutdoorGoats ships their products?
OutdoorGoats currently ships throughout India. Further, we are working on enabling international shipping soon.
Can you check if your delivery address is serviceable by us?
If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, kindly check your pin-code on the product page before placing your order.
How are the products packaged?
We package our products in boxes or bags, which will bear OutdoorGoats branding.
Where do you receive order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number.
How can you track your order, once shipped?
All your orders can be tracked from the profile section on our app or website. In case of any queries please contact us here (linked form). You can check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 2 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In situations beyond OutdoorGoats’s control, there may be circumstances which cause a delay. In such cases, OutdoorGoats will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on your order?
Shipping charges may be applicable on your orders depending on order value. The total charges for shipping (if applicable) will be visible on your cart page for you to review before placing the order.
Can you cancel your order before shipment?
If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via email to our customer support team at [email protected] - Our customer support team will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours, confirming whether the product has been shipped or not.
Can you cancel the order after shipment?
In case an order is cancelled before receiving delivery but after the shipment has been made, the User must wait to receive the order and follow the returns/ exchange process on the Platform.
Can OutdoorGoats cancel an order?
OutdoorGoats reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time. Refund will take a maximum of 10 working days.
What is the process for refund on cancelled orders?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation by the Platform or the Seller or if the product is lost by us or undelivered to your location, whole order amount for the products ordered by you will be refunded.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched, refund will be initiated in accordance with the refunds policy, once the product is returned and verified.
How do you return an item purchased on OutdoorGoats?
OutdoorGoats offers its customers an ‘easy returns or exchange policy’, for products for which returns or exchange is permitted on the Platform. The product description on the Platform will clarify whether a product can be returned or exchanged.
For products on which returns or exchange are permitted, you must raise a request on the Platform within a maximum period of 7 days of receipt of the product. If the order contains multiple items, you can make a request for the whole or the part of the order as well.
Please see below for easy steps to be followed for returns or exchange:
Step 1: Via ‘My Orders’ section Click on 'Orders'. Go to the respective Order and select 'Returns or Exchange'. Proceed with identifying the reason for return and include an image of the product and the invoice no. for our reference.
Step 2: Once your return or exchange request is received, we will be responsible to pick up the item from you within 3 to 7 working days from the date of your return/ exchange request. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if:
A.the products are eligible for returns or refund as per the product description on the Platform;
B. return request is raised with us within 7 days of receipt;
C. the products are received by us are unused and in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact, together with all components forming part of the product;
D. upon our verification of the returned product, we find that the product is intact, unused, unaltered, undamaged and not tampered with.
Note: Fulfilment of an exchange request is subject to availability of stock. If there is no availability of stock, you will be eligible for a refund or have the ability to credit the amount to your wallet..

Where can I download the OutdoorGoats app?
Click here or Go to Playstore or App store and search for OutdoorGoats app and you can install it for free. Once the app opens you can create a custom id to sign-up or use your google id for a social sign-up

What kinds of post can I make on the OutdoorGoats app?
There are 3 kinds of posts that all users can create – all 3 can be done by hitting the “+” button on the screen bottom right
The kinds of posts are
1. General post – share stories of your outdoor experiences and tell the community what you are upto through your photos and videos
2. Review brands – whether they are available on the store or not – we want the community to know about products that benefitted you or not
3. Blogs – Few sentences barely can capture an experience but if you would like to share more than a few lines and pictures – the blog section is specifically designed for you
4. It works best if you tag the sport/ activity you are writing about so that the community finds content they are searching for easily
How can I connect with other users?
1. Liking commenting and interacting on posts, reviews and blogs is a great place to start
2. You can choose to DM other users using the Message feature on their profile
3. The best way to connect with other like-minded users is to check the Tribes function which has groups regarding specific activities and topics
Can I save my content in draft?
Yes hit the Save as draft instead on Publish and you will find the saved content under profile tab, top right hamburger menu >> community >> saved posts
Where can I locat the posts, reviews and blogs I have bookmarked?
You will find the bookmarked content under profile tab, top right hamburger menu >> community >> bookmarks
Where can I add my youtube channel as a link to my profile on the app?
On the app Profile section (on bottom right tab), >> click the hamburger menu on the top right, Click the Profile Settings Tab >> Click the Personal Details tab>> fill in youtube channel details
On my profile in the app there is a space to add my youtube channel but it doesn’t get displayed?
This section will be visible for display to you and other users on completion of 100 posts on the explore screen by that particular user. It is an unlock as you go feature on our app.
Where can I add/ edit my favourite activities on the app?
On the app Profile section (on bottom right tab), >> click the hamburger menu on the top right, Click the Profile Settings Tab >> Click the Favourite Activities tab>> Select the check boxes that call out to you across our 50 sports
How can I make my account Private on the app?
On the app Profile section (on bottom right tab), >> click the hamburger menu on the top right, Click the Profile Settings Tab >> Toggle the Private account feature. Please note only users who you approve will be able to see your posts, message you or add you to tribes when you are in Private mode
How to switch off my notifications on the app?
On the app Profile section (on bottom right tab), >> click the hamburger menu on the top right, Click the Profile Settings Tab >> Toggle the Notifications for each section basis your preference
Where is the logout on the app?

How do I change my profile pic on the app?

3. Enter your Brand Name, Point of Contact Name, Point of contact email address, product category/pin code and activities most applicable to your brand (max 5)
Now relax.
Our verification team will get in touch with you to understand your brand and other details. Once this is done you can expect your brand to be presented on the app with a badge next to your user handle for the users to be able to find you.
In the mean-time, start posting content about your brand, product, ethos, and get some of your existing customers to give you some reviews on the app to start to position on the app/website.

What categories of products are not eligible for returns/ exchange?
A. Where product description does not permit returns;
B. Customized Products cannot be returned since they are ordered on demand;
C. Personal care appliances and undergarments cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
What is the process for return/ replacement of damaged, defective or wrong product in my order?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave the warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. The simple 2 step returns or replacement process provided above will need to be followed in such a case.
Does a free gift have to be returned with the product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
Refunds will apply in case of return request or where a replacement is requested but the product is out of stock when does as per the above guidelines. We process the refund once the products have been received and verified by us. This usually days 10 working days.
A. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made through the payments gateway, within 7 to 10 working days of us having received the products back. Here you also have an option of credited this amount to your wallet to be used in future purchases.
B. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 7 to 10 working days of us having received the products back and your bank details on email.
Will you be entitled refund of shipping charges, if levied?
In case of return of products for which shipping charges are applicable and paid by you, these shipping charges may not be refunded.
How many times can I exchange or return per order placed?
You are entitled to return or exchange once per order.
