This policy outlines our commitment to child safety, in alignment with applicable Indian laws (such as the Information Technology Act, 2000, and POCSO Act, 2012), as well as Google Play's Developer Program Policy and global best practices.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation or Abuse
We have zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE). This includes:
- Any content (text, images, audio, video, or other media) that depicts or promotes CSAE, including grooming or inappropriate contact with minors.
- Sharing, storing, or transmitting abusive or harmful material involving children.
- Any misuse of our app or platform to contact, harm, or exploit minors in any form.
Such content or behavior will be immediately removed, reported to the appropriate authorities (including Cyber Crime Cell or National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR)), and may result in permanent suspension of accounts or legal action.
2. Age Appropriateness & Access Control
Our applications and content are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, unless used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Where content is designed for younger audiences, we implement:
- Age-screening during sign-up or onboarding.
- Clear labeling of child-friendly features or experiences.
- Parental consent or oversight (if applicable).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent, in compliance with Indian and international privacy regulations.
3. Ad & Content Controls for Children
In compliance with Google Play Families Policy and Indian advertising ethics guidelines, we ensure:
- No personalized ads are shown to users identified as children.
- No harmful, sexual, violent, or age-inappropriate material is ever targeted at or shown to minors.
- All third-party content providers or SDKs used in the app adhere to strict content and safety standards.
4. Data Protection for Minors
We apply enhanced security to protect data when users under 18 engage with our platform:
- Any limited information collected (e.g., device ID, preferences) is never shared or sold.
- Data is stored securely and used only for essential service functionality.
- Users or parents can request access, correction, or deletion of such data at any time by writing to us.
